Like in prison
The water in the bathroom only drops, no proper shower. Also I got electric shoked by the heater There is literally nothing in the room, no even glass for toothbrush, no kettle, no TV, nothing. And they take the deposit of 30 USD, which they don't say in the conditions. The stuff is friendly, but very unprofessional.

Great place, excellent internet
The place is quite big and clean, good air cond, quiet at night, good location 15 minutes on foot from the beach and main centre and bus terminal. I had a great stay. Excellent wifi
I did not like the shower, its very weak and the little electric heater on top heats the water up, but I can kinda feel the electricity on my head when taking the shower. Staff is absent or unable to reply questions about the city.

My plain company lost my check in baggage.
My plain company lost my check in baggage...Diego and the guys of the staff spent two days at the phone for fix my problem and helped me a lot (I don’t speak Spanish and he always dealed with the plain company) Staff very friendly, facility clean and in a good location

The mattress was comfy Good AC
Terrible The worst place I've been to. You can't just not relax or sleep at all at this expensive place. Nothing fancy for the price to compare to other place in the area. No TV, bad Wi-Fi, no fridge in the room. Very noisy all day long and during the night. A bar is right next door and they play lound music every single days, the entire afternoon and until 11pm during the week, 12/1am during the night with then people staying in the street and making noise. Then in the morning the housekeepers are loudly too and knocked your door every single morning and come in even if You answer no Gracias, even if you are in the bathroom, naked or in the bed !
